I recently came to Maple Lane for Rehabilitation Therapy. The therapy I received while I was here was excellent. The good was good and overall care was excellent. I would recommend Maple Lane to anyone that has rehab needs.

I cannot express in words how I feel about the care and rehabilitation that my husband, Don, has received at Maple Lane. Don has been in and out of hospitals since January, suffering from UIT infections and other infections also. Each time he got weaker and weaker. At was suggested to us that he should enter a Health Center for rehab. After spending some time in another facility, he was sent home so ill that 911 had to be called on the same day he was released. He spent more time in the hospital and then was sent to Maple Lane. I could not believe how much he improved in less than two weeks time, both physically and mentally. In that time, the rehabilitation department had Don stronger than he has been since January. When Don came to Maple Lane he could not walk or stand straight. He was mixed up and did not know for sure where he was. I believe that he will soon be walking with the aid of a cane. His memory too is back to normal. Thank you all so very much for the wonderful work you have all done to make it possible for both of us to have hope for the future and for Don to finally be able to come home and resume his normal life. We have been very pleased with the excellent care our mother has received at Maple Lane. The staff has shown patience and concern to Mom in meeting her needs. We also appreciate the wonderful activities that are offered to the residents and families. Some of our favorites include: the summer picnic, the Halloween pumpkin decorating, Christmas party and the wonderful music and dancing which is always such a treat for Mom who especially loves music. Placing my father in a nursing home is the hardest decision my brother and I have had to make and a decision we put off until we realized we had no other options. After touring several different facilities we decided on Maple Lane and it has been better then we could have imagined. The staff is very caring towards my dad and does everything they can to keep him as independent as possible for as long as possible. Even though I visit most evenings, they call me during the day if there are changes in dad's health. I also appreciate that the administrations office doors have always been open to answer any questions or concerns I have. It is a wonderful feeling for me knowing my dad is well taken care of and in a safe environment. We recently took Dad out on two separate occasions to celebrate the holidays after returning "home" to Maple Lane he told us that he thinks in the future he would prefer to stay home instead of going out. I think that is the best testimonial of all, he feels so safe and secure at Maple Lane it has truly become home.
